General
Seller: Paksu kissa Oy, business ID: 3459827-4, address: Vehmarotie 2 A 3, 20540, Turku, Finland sells products to private individuals of legal age. These delivery terms apply to ordering products in the online store www.raapima.fi . These delivery terms are valid from 1.2.2025. The delivery terms may be changed unilaterally from time to time, so the buyer, i.e. a private individual who purchases products from the seller in accordance with these general terms and conditions, must familiarize themselves with the delivery terms and conditions in advance each time they order products from this online store. These general terms and conditions also apply to the seller's delivery of products to the buyer in connection with the above-mentioned sale.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. The seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs, as well as the right to specify and increase the currently valid VAT rate based on changes in the law without separate notice. The buyer must check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. All prices include VAT, which is reflected in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Ordering and contract
The buyer can order products in the seller's online store by transferring the products to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service.
When ordering from the seller's online store, the buyer is required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. The buyer must understand that an accepted and confirmed order is, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between the seller and the buyer with these delivery terms and conditions.
If the buyer has not received an order confirmation in their email (even in the email spam folder) within 24 hours of placing the order, the buyer must contact the seller by email: raapimapuut@gmail.com or by phone (+358503069012) to ensure the success of the order transaction.
Delivery method
The order will be delivered to the customer by Matkahuolto in the manner selected by the customer on our website in connection with the purchase transaction, either to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point or as home delivery at the agreed time.
We deliver products throughout mainland Finland.
Delivery time
The products WOOD, POST, and replacement parts are sent from the seller to the buyer within 5–10 business days of placing the order, unless the buyer is separately informed otherwise. Matkahuolto delivers the package within 1–3 business days of shipment.
The delivery time for ISO WOOD and ISO WOOD parts products is currently slightly longer, 3 - 4 weeks, as the product is made to order. ISO WOOD and ISO WOOD parts are sent from the seller to the buyer within a maximum of 20 business days from placing the order, unless the buyer is informed otherwise. Matkahuolto delivers the package within 1 - 3 business days from shipment.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs that may be charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the selected shipping method and are automatically added to the total order amount. The shipping costs charged for the order (if any) are indicated in the shopping cart before the order is accepted.
Order submission
The order will be sent from the seller to the buyer within 5–10 business days of placing the order, unless the buyer is separately informed otherwise.
The order will be delivered to the customer by Matkahuolto. Delivery costs are determined by the weight and size of the order and shipment. Delivery costs are indicated in the shopping cart upon purchase.
Matkahuolto will deliver the package within 1–3 business days of shipment.
The seller is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the order or any damage caused by the transport company or any other similar reason beyond the seller's control.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the unused product in its original packaging by notifying the seller within 14 days of receipt of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The buyer fills out this return form and sends it to the seller no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
The seller will contact the consumer by email within 1-3 business days of receiving the notification, after which the product must be returned to any Matkahuolto location within the next two weeks. Please also monitor your email spam during this time.
If necessary, the returnee must provide proof that the goods were returned within the specified time limit, for example with a return receipt. The seller is responsible for the return postage, meaning that the return is free of charge for the consumer.
The seller will return the money paid for the order to the account number indicated on the form within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Errors, complaints and problems
The buyer must check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If there is an error in the order or it does not otherwise correspond to the order placed, the buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days, by email to raapimapuut@gmail.com. The notification must state the nature of the error, the order number, the buyer's name and contact information, and, in the case of a possible return, the account number. For clarity, it is also recommended to attach a picture of the error.
In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The seller will process the complaint as soon as possible and will strive to correct the defect by delivering the correct or equivalent repaired product to the buyer. If a defect-free product cannot be delivered, the seller will negotiate with the buyer about a price reduction or, if necessary, the cancellation of the transaction. The seller is responsible for the delivery costs arising from the situation.
Disagreements
The seller Paksu kissa Oy strives to resolve any disagreements regarding the buyer's order, general terms and conditions, and the product's usage and installation instructions and their scope of application primarily by agreement, so the buyer should first contact raapimapuut@gmail.com to agree on the matter.
If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice service of the local magistrates' court.

Online store content rights
The content of the Raapima.fi online store, such as images, videos, texts, product information, trademarks and tables, is the property of Paksu kissa Oy and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or copying of any content or material in the online store is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability
Paksu kissa Oy is not liable for any indirect, immediate or other force majeure event related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with respect to the damage in question. Force majeure may be considered, for example, exceptional natural phenomena, disruptions in traffic connections, industrial action or import and export bans. The seller is also not liable for any damage resulting from disruptions, outages or changes to the online store.
The buyer is responsible for using the seller's products for their intended purpose, as well as for careful assembly and maintenance of the product in accordance with the instructions for use. The seller is not responsible for using the product for the wrong purpose or contrary to the instructions for use, or for careless assembly or abandonment.
The seller is not liable for any damage to a product other than the seller's own, unless the damage is due to a lack of safety in the product. The same responsibilities and instructions must be passed on to any third party who receives the product from the buyer.
